Construction Estimator
As a construction estimator you will be responsible for RFP responses, conceptual budgeting, CM trade package bidding, lump sum bidding, & lump sum bidding delivered under various construction delivery methods. Other responsibilities include
- Reviewing bid documents submitted by clients, identifying specific requirements necessary for a complete bid, identifying missing information and formulating questions for missing information
- Attending pre-bid meetings and site visits to prepare for bidding
- Developing a detailed estimate template customized for each bid and performing take-offs and in-house pricing as required to assist with estimates
- Maintaining a list of prequalified subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
- Solicitation, Acquisition, & evaluation of subcontractor, supplier, & vendor bids for each bid
- Identifying and documenting qualifications and clarifications required for each bid
- Scope reviews with subcontractors for awarded projects
- Cultivating & maintaining client relationships
* MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Project Manager
As a PM you will be responsible for ensuring timely & costly completion of several commercial construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Obtaining necessary permits & coordinating inspections
- Ensuring work is completed per the construction documents & in compliance with all building & safety codes
- Coordinating efforts across entire project between architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, owners, & other applicable parties
- Budget management & forecasts
- Oversee the submittal process as required for each project
- Oversee project close out procedures as required for each project
* MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Superintendent
As a superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day completion of a construction project from start to finish. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating, coordinating, & updating the construction schedule
- Overseeing & coordinating with all subcontractors
- Implementation & monitoring safety compliance
- Ensuring work is completed per the construction documents & in compliance with all building & safety codes
- Completing daily field reports & maintaining communication with PM on daily basis
* MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
